Much ado was made over a certain bolero with drug-riddled paillettes on Episode 3.13, "The Hurt Locket," but in a sea of black formalwear, it's the little extras that stand out, like a pair of earrings so large that they could anchor a ship, let alone an outfit. If there's anything our girls know how to do, it's making a scene, so it's no surprise that chunky, shoulder-dusting earrings were all over this week's episode.

Kristen Bell (the voice of Gossip Girl) wore this lacy 3.1 Phillip Lim mini with red pumps at the London premiere of her new film Couples Retreat in October. We already documented our disdain for this dress on Kristen, even though we looove us some Phillip Lim.
