Kristen Bell (the voice of Gossip Girl) may be a big movie star these days, but she hasn't forgotten how she shot to stardom on Veronica Mars (RIP). She hit Twitter this week to drum up support for a big screen sequel to the teen gumshoe show.
Kristen tweeted, "mars fans-can we bug @wbpictures & tell em the must do a VM film?? new tactic. bombard em w/tweets, theres evidence of fans they cant ignore".
We love VM as much as anyone, but really, we're a little concerned the moment has passed. Kristen is 30 now. A movie about a former teenage detective now in her thirties is really just a movie about a detective, no? Oh, who are we kidding. #VeronicaMarsMovie! #VeronicaMarsMovie! #VeronicaMarsMovie!
Leighton Meester and Blake Lively Love Paris

Business travel can be oh-so-taxing. But Blake Lively (Serena) and Leighton Meester (Blair) don't seem to mind.
"Oh my gosh, I was thrilled when I found out we'd be filming in Paris," Lively told Entertainment Tonight. "It's just such a beautiful, magical city and New York has that old European vibe already, it has that history, but it's still the States."
"So to get to come over here and have that surround you at every corner — it's just so incredible. Everywhere you look has like the most beautiful picture you've ever seen. It's a wonderful place — the food, the people... I couldn't be happier to be here."
Leighton couldn't agree more — she's been pushing for Paris for ages. "I just think it's appropriate for us to be here," she explained. "[Blair's] mother lives here, her father lives here, her mother's a designer... I just like the idea of shooting in Paris and it's been beautiful and everyone's been so hospitable and welcoming. I love it."
She added: "Blair spends her time in Paris shopping, meeting French men, walking around in beautiful outfits and causing drama — what else?"
What else indeed? We can't wait to find out.

Blake Lively (Serena) wants to take risks with her career. "I'm on a very commercial show, so the last thing I want to do is a commercial movie," Blake told Marie Claire. "I wanna take risks, I don't wanna play it safe. I mean, I could probably make more money if I did more commercial projects. It would be nice to buy an apartment but I'm 22 and I don't need to yet."
She doesn't want to do commercial movies, eh? That explains why she took that role in artsy little indie Green Lantern.
Blake was less forthcoming about her home life than her career, alluding only vaguely to Penn Badgley (Dan). "At the end of the day, you're just in any relationship. How does anybody go to work every day and come home? You just do it and it either works or it doesn't."
Well, that may be oversimplifying a little. Some couples also like to stop at a few nightclubs and make out for the paparazzi between working and going home (ahem, Ed and Jess).

Watch out, Penn. Your girlfriend's got a new neighbor, and he's got a bit of a reputation with the ladies. Yep, Tiger Woods is moving into Blake Lively's building.
We'd love to be a fly on the wall in that elevator. What do you think that small talk's going to be like? "Hey, Blake, remember that time you played my ex-wife on Saturday Night Live and pretended to beat me? Good times."
